What we collect
Only what you enter in the quotation or contact forms: name, work email, company, country, buyer type, product interest, quantities, document requirements, customization notes and your message. Form submissions also record the referring page for quality purposes.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare the evaluation and quotation, and communicate about that project. We do not sell your data, we do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not share it beyond the parties needed to answer your inquiry.
Retention and your rights
Inquiry data is kept while the project is active and archived afterwards. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time through the contact page. As an EU-facing business we process inquiry data under GDPR principles: lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation.
