Import compliance is where steam cleaner programmes fail quietly: certificates that don’t cover the exact model, missing country registrations, claims that no test report supports. This page shows exactly how we verify before anything is repeated on a product page or in your market.
Quick answer
The manufacturer’s catalog displays ISO 9001:2015 (Intertek) certification and CE, CB, GS and ERP marks. For every model we verify six items per certificate — certificate number, issuing body, applicable standards, model coverage, validity and test report — before any claim becomes determinative. Until then, everything on this site stays at “catalog indicates” level.
The six-item verification
| Item | What we check |
|---|---|
| Certificate number | Exists and is verifiable with the issuing body |
| Issuing body | Intertek, TÜV, SGS or equivalent — matches the mark shown |
| Applicable standards | The actual standard versions cited on the certificate |
| Model coverage | Your exact model (or its defined series) appears on the certificate |
| Validity | In force on the date of quotation and shipment |
| Test report | Full report available for your compliance file |
Market responsibility chain (EU / UK)
- GPSR (EU) 2023/988: a responsible person inside the EU and traceable product information are required. The responsible-party arrangement is confirmed in the quotation.
- LVD 2014/35/EU and EMC 2014/30/EU: Declaration of Conformity and technical file per model.
- RoHS 2011/65/EU: conformity for the electrical assembly.
- WEEE: registration is country-by-country (for example Stiftung EAR in Germany). The registration route for your market is agreed before shipment.
- Packaging: EPR registration and labelling (for example LUCID in Germany) planned with your compliance team.
- United Kingdom: UKCA marking and UK responsible person where applicable.

Health claims policy: this site does not publish disinfection, sanitising or bacteria-kill statements. Those claims require named test methods and reports; if your programme needs them, the testing route is scoped in the project evaluation, not assumed.
Frequently asked questions
Can you send certificates before we sign anything?
The document package (certificate copies, reports, declarations where available) is part of the project evaluation — request it through the quotation form.
Who registers WEEE and packaging?
It depends on the market and your logistics model. The split of registrations between brand, importer and manufacturer is fixed in writing during project review.
Do you accept third-party inspections?
Yes — inspection and audit arrangements are confirmed in the quotation.
Compliance file to build?
