Steam cleaning for the European market
The steam cleaner market Europe shops in keeps widening: Kärcher and Polti campaigns have trained shoppers on formats from handheld to steam mop, and importers use our format pages to plan assortments for the UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands. Headline steam cleaner market size figures differ by research house; we plan assortments from the shelf backward instead. Every page here is written from the manufacturer catalog outward, so the numbers survive buyer scrutiny. (Market-size research is not linked from this site — we quote catalogs, not analyst reports.)
Frequently asked questions
Who do you supply?
Importers and distributors building a steam cleaning category, private-label and DTC brands, e-commerce sellers, and retail category managers. We do not sell to end consumers.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on model, packaging and customization level. It is evaluated against your project requirements and confirmed in the formal quotation — we do not quote numbers before that review.
Which voltages and plugs do the models use?
Catalog models are rated 220–240 V: the EM-318/319/327 handhelds at 50 Hz, other series at 50/60 Hz. That covers EU, UK and similar markets. Plug type is confirmed per project. We do not ship 220–240 V stock into 110–120 V markets; a 120 V variant, if available, is verified before any offer.
Can you provide certification documents?
The manufacturer’s catalog displays ISO 9001:2015 (Intertek) certification and CE, CB, GS and ERP marks. For each project we supply certificate numbers, issuing bodies, applicable standards, model coverage, validity and test reports where they exist. Claims are only repeated after those six items are verified.
